The Ocean Course lawn continues to be one of our favorite places for couples to say "I do!" Not only does it provide the perfect place for a stunning ceremony, the lawn is also a great space for a large tented reception. In this blog post, we will give you a behind-the-scenes look at Cori and Alyssa's classic spring wedding planned by Elevents and Co with rentals from Ooh Events, Snyder, and Stradley Davidson. The Ceremony

Cori and Alyssa's wedding day started in the evening with a romantic ceremony on the Ocean Course lawn overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. They opted for a smaller, more intimate ceremony with only 63 guests in attendance. We love the look of the dark wooden chairs in contrast with the manicured green lawn. Their altar was adorned in beautiful greenery and white florals provided by Branch Design Studio for a classic and timeless design that matched the venue perfectly. Although we didn't provide lighting for the ceremony we couldn't complete the behind-the-scenes without the most important part of the day!
The Reception

The cocktail hour and reception took place following the ceremony on the lower Ocean Course lawn. Snyder provided a 50 by 60-foot hip gable tent from which we hung four of our Empire Chandeliers. One over the dining area, one over the lounge area, and two over the bar. The chandeliers were put on dimmers to create a warm glow as the sun set. Branch Design Studio hung white and green floral installs throughout the tent that added to the classic look of the design. The natural look of the dining chairs and lounge furniture, provided by Ooh Events, added to the coastal feeling of the venue. The couple also decided to add walls of our Twinkle Lights at the entrance of the tent for a wow-factor upon arrival. We love the way they brightened up the entrance for guests and illuminated the details of the greenery.
